David is the Co-Founder and Chairman of ViaOne Services. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to our team. He has spent decades providing cash-strapped consumers the best in wireless services. David brings the expanding ViaOne Services network innovative leadership, customer-centric solutions, and years of effectively navigating regulatory compliance.
Byron joined ViaOne Services in 2010. As the Chief Executive Officer, Byron brings our company two decades of hands-on wireless and telecom expertise. With his 14 years of managing regulatory compliance issues, he is working to make sure that the expanding network of ETC companies under ViaOne Services are expanding in complete compliance with state, local, and federal law.
JD accrued over 14 years wireless experience before joining ViaOne Services in 2015. JD's extensive background allows him to expeditiously improve processes in sales, operations, logistics, compliance, systems, and reporting. JD received the AT&T Summit Award in 2015 and is a 3-time Verizon Wireless Winner's Circle recipient. JD is a graduate of UNT and enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity in Dallas.
Domenic joined ViaOne Services in January of 2013 as Vice President of Finance. He has spent a decade working in the telecom field honing his skills in accounting, finance, and treasury duties. Domenic works in concert with the compliance department to make sure all practices and accounting procedures are in alignment with the law. His personal time is spent with his family and giving back to his community.
Darrin joined ViaOne Services in 2011. As VP of Supply Chain Management, Darrin is focused on guaranteeing that our Oklahoma stores, sales professionals, and wireless customers enjoy a cohesive, user-friendly experience across all touch points. Darrin is no stranger to working with state and federal governments to comply with all regulations. He brings to the ViaOne Services team over 29 years of regulatory expertise.
As VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management, Kelly implements policies and procedures that keep ViaOne Services' brands in compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations. She brings 15 years of wireless and telecommunications experience; her passion for excellence continues to guarantee our customers the best in customer-centered wireless products and services.
Corey joins the ViaOne Services team as Director of Operations. His responsibilities ensure the smooth operation of all stores and salesforce activities. A 4-year veteran in the enterprise mobility space, Corey is enjoying his new focus on the cellular market. He has served as a financial advisor and an accountant, with a thorough knowledge of FINRA, GAAP and SOX.
Jordan comes to ViaOne Services with more than a decade of general marketing expertise. Jordan has worked with such brands as Harley Davidson, Godiva, and Goodyear. He has been quoted by GD USA magazine, eMarketer, and Multichannel Merchant publications. Jordan's primary mission is to shape a brand image and voice that will put ViaOne Services on the map and deliver bottom-line results.
Donna joined the ViaOne Services team in 2013, and works tirelessly to guarantee that Assist Wireless is in complete regulatory compliance. A 15-year veteran of the the telecom industry, Donna has overseen compliance issues for several wireless and telecom companies for more than a decade. She continues to be an enthusiastic supporter and booster of the athletic programs at North Dallas High School.
Marcus joined ViaOne Services in 2014. As a senior accountant, his duties include interfacing with the compliance department to verify accounting procedures are in alignment with the state and local laws.
Shawn comes to ViaOne Services as a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with an impressive track record of success, running some of the most successful Cricket Wireless locations in the state of Texas. Shawn's strong project and retail management experience empower him to analyze and direct retail locations, management, and owners to increase profitability, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
Marjorie brings over 25 years of Finance & Accounting experience to ViaOne Services, having worked in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick for 4 years and for Avon Products, Inc. for over 20 years. Her responsibilities are to manage forecasting and analysis and to oversee accounting and reporting for the ViaOne companies. Marjorie is a CPA with a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Denver.
